Delivery Time - Limited Production Items

It is our ultimate goal to ship these items from stock, however since these series of items are relatively new and created in low quantities it may be necessary to wait until the next production cycle takes place. If not in stock, production time varies by item, usually taking from six to ten weeks. Please check with our Customer Care staff for details and advise them of any special requirements. We greatly appreciate your patience and trust that the delay will be worth it!

Backlog for commissions varies depending on studio load and type of item. Please check with our artists or Customer Care staff for current information.

Shipping

Our metalwork is generally shipped in wooden crates via FedX, UPS or equivalent.
White Glove Service is available.
